Finished updating my website over the weekend and manged to squeeze in my entry for the Health Design Challenge. Looking forward to seeing all the other entries, especially having seen the great examples they shared with us for inspiration. I especially liked this one, Fitbit as shown on Dribbble: http://dribbble.com/kerem/projects/3316-Fitbit

Switching gears:
While researching for my Skillshare class I came across so many amazing photos of New York in the 1900s. The style of the buildings really reminded me of the Chinatown in San Francisco I visited a couple years ago. Do much detail in the woodwork on the sides of the buildings and a clear distinction that made you feel you were transported into another world. I really wish it was the same here and the old fixtures in the NYC Chinatown were restored. The community is so rich with culture and history. Hoping this work will shed some light on the potential the community has to continue to grow and refine it's identity. Going to work on finalizing some of the drafts for the class. Check it out later tonight: Brand your Hometown
