  • Led and launched the redesign of an employee goal planning tool within 8 months: Conducted user interviews and testing, designed UI/UX, reviewed updates with major stakeholders, implemented a marketing effort and training session  for 400+ staff
  • Instituted the first-ever effort for tracking and sending internal emails using MailChimp
