EXPERIENCE

Creative Director at Columbia University, April 2018 – present
Conceptualize and design communications for major donors, ensuring an individualized brand experience.
I’ve also led the UX design and creative for marketing of two online community websites — (1) over 400 colleagues and (2) over 300K alumni — using Salesforce Community Cloud. I am also building an internal culture of creativity and collaboration by hosting design-focused chats, workshops, and feedback sessions.

Creative Manager at Columbia University, March 2016 – March 2018
In this role, I was responsible for leading the design (UI, logo, and visual identity) of several mass alumni communications efforts. This included two major University websites (giving.columbia.edu and givenow.columbia.edu) and sub-brands, such as “She Opened the Door,” a women’s conference. I also improved my department’s efficiency and project tracking with Trello (project management software).

Designer at Columbia University, June 2013 – February 2016
As the only in-house designer, I helped manage and design all internal communication projects. A major highlight included the redesign of an employee goal planning tool with a lead developer — conducted user interviews and testing, designed UI/UX, provided updates to major stakeholders, and led a training session.

Lead Designer at OMG Foodie, LLC (an online restaurant guide), April 2012 – March 2013
I led the creative strategy and execution across owned channels, including the redesign of the website, which was designed and launched within 2 months. Worked closely with the lead developer to design low and high-fidelity wireframes, UI/UX design, and informed the content strategy.

Art Director at New York Knicks, August 2008 – April 2012
Part of a small in-house design team, I collaborated with multiple departments (Marketing, Sales, Community Outreach) to design a holistic brand experience across all consumer touchpoints (logo design, packaging, social media - branding and infographics, event collateral, print ads, magazine design, out-of-home)
