    “She Opened the Door,” Columbia’s first women’s conference, which sold-out to an audience
    of 1000+ alumnae, faculty, and students
  • Mentor colleagues through the design process and best practices across multiple channels

Assist teams across different schools and departments to design print, digital, and event
collateral for internal and external audiences

  • Led and launched the redesign of an employee goal planning tool within 8 months:
    Conducted user interviews and testing, designed UI/UX, reviewed updates with major
    stakeholders, implemented a marketing effort and training session for 400+ staff
  • Instituted the first-ever effort for tracking and sending internal emails using MailChimp

Directed the visual identity and guided the content strategy across channels to ensure a
consistent brand experience

  • In less than 2 months, designed and developed a new website: competitive analysis,
    sketched wireframes, developed the information architecture (IA), content strategy and
    management using Concrete 5 (Content Management System)
